PRO SERVICE PLAN ADD-ON OPTIONS

PLUMBING ADD-ON: $5/Per Month*

  • Whole Home Plumbing Annual Inspection
  • Water Heater Flush on Tanked Water Heaters (tankless and attic units excluded)

ELECTRICAL ADD-ON: $5/Per Month*

  • Whole Home Electrical Annual Inspection, including Main Panel, Outlets, and Smoke Detectors

HUMIDIFER ADD-ON: $5/Per Month*

  • Humidifier Annual Inspection, including one standard Evaporation Pad Replacement

INDOOR AIR QUALITY ADD-ON: $5/Per Month*

  • Whole Home Indoor Air Quality Products(s) Annual Inspection
