Ben, Trevor, and the rest of the team today gave unprecedented service for my home and family.
Professional and knowledgeable, even going so far as to include my youngest son by explaining the programing of the thermostat. Today's service meant a great deal to me as a disabled Veteran.
These two and their entire crew deserve a big Bravo Zulu and kudos.
We appreciate everything they did, I cannot thank them enough.

LUKE CHAPOLA of ARS provided my servic. My main complaint was Mt thermostat that was " smarter than me " and I could never get the thing to do what I wanted it to do! LUKE went right into action, maneuvered that thing, cleared and reset it. He also checked my entire system, madde some adjustments and now my system works better than the day it was installed!! He had the most pleasant demeanor ever. LUKE IS THE MAN!!!

ARS always does a great job the best technician they have in Jacksonville or the Wilmington area is Jeff Borgeson I don't want anybody else ever working on my unit than him he has top notch and he did not pay me to say this

The tech,Chad, showed up at our house right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to determine the problem. Our system is 11 years old. To fix the problem was very expensive. So Chad contacted Spencer to come and talk with us about a new system. Praying for an affordable cost. Thanks CHAD!!!

The techs that came to my home, were on time, honest , knowledgeable, well mannered and got our air conditioning change from the old system to the new. They also show us how to operate the thermostat. I would highly recommend your ARS company to friends and family Thank you !!!

Chad came on 4/5 to survey my concerns of bent fan blade on compressor and improper line set on air handler after install of complete system. I found him very knowledgeable understanding and to schedule fix following week. Scheduled set for Wed 4/10 pm, but, received late text rescheduled 4/11 pm next day. Alternate tech Luke came that l found very knowledgeable, personable, but replaced only fan blade and resurveyed . Currently awaiting next appointment to finish job.

Well our home warranty company left us hanging and I contacted this company.
Had a little hiccup with the answering service but once the dispatcher spoke with me the technician was out here as planned. Though he couldn’t fix the issue today we know what is wrong.

Our ARS/Wilmington branch made every effort to get me service by 6pm when I called at 4pm to check the status of my trouble ticket placed with customer service in Calif the day before. The Service Tech came at around 4:15-4:30 and resolved my issue within 45 min and got us some much needed A/C!!! Job well done!

Phenomenal! Marcus was excellent, even educated me on the importance of maintenance with factual data. Am an ARS person now. Friendly, courteous. Professionalism is important and some A/C places can try to sell you things you don't need. Very credible. I've seen the ARS vans in my neighborhood before, now I know why. I'd call on them again. Modern paperless payment system too. Not a fan of the archaic ways. ARS impressed me. Kept the appointment time too.

ARS Maintenance Rep serviced my system and reported several issues both inside and out. It was time for a new system so he got hold of the tech who would help me choose the system for me. That done, after much back and forth, I was able to select a quality unit and set up the installation date ASAP. All in all, it was a very busy afternoon.
