David sold this water heater replacement job to me with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and accuracy of what to expect. Jose is a fantastic installer. After he finished, he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to operate the water heater. I did get cheaper bids but for the money I spent this group was the right call for me. They went above the call of duty to make sure everything was handled correctly. This includes the verification phone call. Thank you young lady.

Big shout out to “Fred”!!!! High five 🙌🏼👊🏼 Thank you for your amazing customer service and fixing our garbage disposal. Very knowledgeable, gave us many options, and boom 💥 we have a working sink again. Very personable and tells you exactly what’s going wrong. Just a couple of good guys. Friendly and easy to talk to. There were no questions too big or too small they weren’t willing to answer honestly and openly to questions concerning the ins and outs to different types of water heaters. Thanks guys!

We had an emergency problem with our shower. Right Time Home Services took our call right away, arranged an appointment within a few hours, and kept us notified of who the technician would be and when he would arrive. They had excellent communication. The technician, Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional and was careful in all his work. He educated us about the procedures to keep it in good condition in the future. They provided extra service!

Dominick the service technician came in and before doing the repair needed he gave me two options for needed repairs. Made the repairs and was extremely clean and he was able to repair at a lower cost than expected. We will definitely recommend RIGHT TIME Rescue Rooter service company. We called last night Christmas Eve and they were the only company that could send some out early on Christmas Day. Anthony was able to trouble shoot and fix our clogged toilet. The price was reasonable and thank you for the military discount.
