My experience with ARS is that the technicians a re very curtious, professional, and proficient in their field of work. They communicate what their findings are, and states what needs to be done to resolve the problem before doing it. I tend to like this approach of involving the home owners before doing anything.

Technician was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Made good suggestions. The main office has some communication issues. Example they call you to tell you you have an appointment more than one time. It would seem that no one is documenting their communications with you. I have repeatedly asked that my contract be emailed to me but have yet to receive it. I made a contract for 30$ a month and it covered preventative maintanance for my two air conditioners without me having to spend any money. Now my two airs conditioners are set for the summer months. Overall I feel they are very good. They are also prompt to get a tech out to you when you call them. I will continue to do business with them.

ARS for A/C maintenance and other services has always done my home well. Top notch service, quick response or appointment times. Fairly priced, and it's been the same tech coming to my house each time for 4-years straight. Familiarity is good. I would suggest getting their annual plan in your name. Gets you preferred appointment scheduling, free check-ups each year, and discount on any parts you may need. I'm ARS forever here in Central Boca !!
