Justin Fidel and David Clipper did such a great job on upgrading our service from an overhead line to a buried line. They were so courteous coming in and out of the house and made sure not to bring in any dirt. They worked very hard and we are very happy to not have power lines dangling over our yard anymore!!

Brandon Hood was the service technician and I found him to be knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything that he was doing even though he had to run to the hardware and get it 4 inch vent pipe. I appreciate his Curtis courteousness and the respect of my home.

The gentlemen showed up and fixed the pilot issue in 5 minutes.
Other service came out the day before and had no clue on what was wrong, didnt have any familiarity of the older hot water heater model 14 yrs old. Parts are not available and this person was looking at lowes and home depot for the parts.
What a difference when you get experienced seasoned personnel.

I had someone arrive in less than 2 hours of calling for an appointment. They were in and out in no time and the issue was fixed. Also gave me advice how to prevent the issue in the future.

Anthony and Levi did a great job! Spent three hours cleaning the line. Very thorough job using camera to pinpoint tree roots and problems in the line. I couldn't have asked for better service! Their company will be the ones to repair and replace the line in near future and any further services required! Thanks guys! Great job! C. Johnson

Mike was our plumber and he did an amazing job...Tim was the Electrician and he did a great job. These guys are the only ones I'll ever call for work to be done in my home! They do excellent work and they're amazing people. Real easy to talk to and they explain everything so you understand what's going on!

All of the downspout drains that carry rainwater away from the foundation of my house needed to be replaced. The gutters and downspouts were still in good condition but the underground drain pipes were crushed and blocked and were too thin to work effectively for drainage. ARS/Rescue Rooter was able to provide a proposal to correct the problem. The 2 person crew and equipment arrived on the designated day, worked efficiently to dig approximately 165 feet of drainage trenches to the street and install schedule 40 drain pipe with connections to 5 downspouts and 1 sump pump. They were respectful of my extensive landscaping, hand digging where necessary, and worked very efficiently. I was prepared for all the necessary digging and realize that it will take some time for the lawn to return to its previous condition. The most important result is that rainwater will no longer pool near the foundation and will be routed to the street or an area far from the house. The cost of the project was expensive but a fair price for the amount of work needed. The work crew had to really think outside the box to make all the angles, turns, and connections come together properly. I knew I was paying for experts in this business. I highly recommend this company and can honestly say that they were easy to work with. I can't wait til the next torrential downpour because I want to see how well these new drainage lines perform!

This is the second time having our plumber Brian T from Rescue Rooter to the house to do work. He did great work in our basement last time and this time in our bathrooms. TOP NOTCH service, communication, and quality of work. Very happy with how everything went!

Michael Brewer came to repair my outside sump line and did a great job. The parts he used were much better than what was used when the house was built and he made everything look better than it did before.
