I want to give positive feedback regarding the technician who assisted me earlier. His name was Mark, and he was highly professional and efficient and resolved my issue promptly and effectively. He was courteous and explained the required steps in detail. I want to add him to my list of preferred technicians to call for any future needs. Had problems with a different plumbing company. Called Rescue rooter and they came out the next morning. John was absolutely amazing, showing me every step of the way what the problem was and how they were fixing it. Fantastic advice on the next steps as well as future maintenance. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter for any plumbing needs

Fantastic company! Contacted on Sunday because water heater had died. Set everything up that day and they were back on Monday morning to install the new one. Prompt, efficient, polite, etc. Will recommend them to anyone who needs work they do.

The guy (Ralph) that came to my house was honest and up front with me. He certainly tried everything to fix my the plumbing My problem was more than I expected. I wasn't charged anything. He gave me great information on my next step in getting the problem corrected.

Technician Jason snaked our basement drain and pulled out a lot of roots. We tested it with a toilet flush and drained the sanitary tubs. Worked great! Jason was thorough, knowledgeable and so very friendly and polite. If we ever have another problem, we'll ask for Jason! Thanks!

Great service. Seth did a great job installing my shower valve and faucet. He also got rid of our old toilet and installed a new one. Very timely and professional. Was able to get the job done the same day I called to request the service. Highly recommend this business.
