Jose ARS did a great job! Both of them worked non stop from the time they arrived. They were in and out. Everything was done very thorough. They brought everything up to code since it is in a very old closet. Jose also took the time to explain how everything works. Can’t recommend these two guys enough! Thanks ARS!

This story begins with me installing new LVP flooring and drilling into the concrete slab to install anchors for a transition piece. Well I drilled right into a water line. I knew the fix wasn't going to be easy or cheap, and I was without water. I called a few other places on the night of this happening and they didn't even bother to call me the next morning to follow up. I then went with ARS on the recommendation of a coworker who works in the industry. They promptly dispatched John C. John was cordial, explained the process, and was upfront about the cost. He worked to chip through the concrete and find the hole I accidentally drilled. He also confirmed my suspicions that this pipe was WAY too shallow when the house was built. Furthermore, he took care of my concerns about the tile being damaged in the process and even used hand tools as needed. Everything went as planned, and I was hooked back up with water in about 3-4 hours. ARS price came in at half of a local big competitor that had some goofy subscription plan they tried to sell me to lower the price. John deserves praise for his work, and I would trust him with all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Was having a problem with a clogged kitchen sink. Called ARS Rescue Rooter for assistance. I was able to get a same day 4 hour appointment and I was notified via text and phone that the plumber was on the way. Jacob the plumber was courteous and professional. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. My wife and I were very happy with this service.

Appreciate the fast response to our plumbing needs - same day. The tech, Mark, was professional, courteous and detail oriented. We had another plumbing service need within the last few weeks and want to give much appreciation to the two techs that handled that for us in the same professional & courteous manner. Its great to know we can call ARS and get the jobs done in a professional and fast manner.

ARS/ Rescue Rooter knocked it out of the ballpark. We were in a rush to get our A/C replaced in our airbnb location. They jumped through hoops to get the project done in time and we did not have to lose any revenue. Thank you for a great job!!!

Totally satisfied. This was a warranty call on a newly installed hot water heater/water softener. Robert installed new heating elements and thermostats. He verified proper operation of the water softener. Robert Woodward is a total professional!
