Really really (really) impressed. After requesting an inspection of my faulty home AC unit - I had a call back within 30 minutes and an appointment scheduled next day. The technician arrived right on time, did the inspection and diagnosis and game me options for either repairing or replacing my unit. He was super professional, did a great job and repaired my AC same day. 5* service - highly recommend.

We had a sewer backup... suddenly the shower pan was filled with stinky water. I called RescueRooter/Atlas Trillo and Vince arrived within an hour. He did a great job... super patient as we tried to locate the city cleanout or an access point outside the house. He ended up having to remove a toilet and snake from there. He was pleasant, considerate, and full of helpful advice and information. I highly recommend!

Put a normal service call in this morning and service is already done by the afternoon; Anthony was very quick and helped me get my system set up with proper wiring to use my new smart thermostat.

He went to work and then after reviewed all of the maintenance notes and pictures with me. No high pressure sales just the facts and pricing and let me know the largest risks for me to decide next steps.

Excellent service. Vince, the technician they sent to my home and the support staff were friendly and very professional. They had to replace the heating units from an electric tankless heater and only did the job in a timely manner, but they also provided guidance for future maintenance.

Jerri Caygill and his crew replaced my sewer pipes from under my bathrooms and showers out to the street. They did a superb job finishing way ahead of schedule and cleaned the house and yard before they left. They completed the under house work in one day starting at about 9 AM and worked nonstop until 7 PM when it was complete. Jose one of the guys under the house was exceptional but looked like a drowned rat when he came out. I highly recommend this crew and would choose them to do any work on my house again.

Kevin was very helpful. Quickly diagnosed the issue (I must have accidentally pulled a cord) and corrected the problem. He also educated on what to expect with the furnace and condenser. Quick resolution, very professional and clear communication.

From the team in the office to the technicians, they all work seamlessly to make the experience on the customer side comfortable. They answered all my questions, they were accommodating, I have 4 dogs, of my schedule. They cleaned up the site each day. Once the heat pump was installed they let me know that they were available if I had any questions. I’m very happy with the install.

Would have given 100 stars if possible! Got my kitchen drain cleared for 1/3 the price of the several other companies I contacted. They adjusted to fit my preferred schedule and Mario who did the work was professional, provided me with helpful information about how to maintain our drains, and was conscientious about my home.

I decided to have a heat pump installed for my home, so went through the process of deciding which company I should hire?
I finally narrowed it down to Atlas Trillo and learned that this was a wise choice.
They were responsive and completed the job in a short period of time and have already demonstrated that they continue to be responsive after the job is complete.
I am quite happy with Atlas Trillo for installing a new heat pump and a new water heat pump.
