Blue Dot Services, part of the ARS/Rescue Rooter Network, provided a free HVAC system to Karen Falco through the nationwide ARS Cares Healthcare Heroes initiative. Karen is a Registered Nurse and mother of five working on the frontlines during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Karen was nominated by friends, family, and co-workers who described her as “energetic, kind, and compassionate, facing challenges at work and at home with grace and humor.”
