ARS did a huge amount of work for me over the last two days. What started out as an installation of a water heater and a furnace turned into the discovery of a broken sewer line that had probably been broken for years but had never been properly diagnosed by any other plumbing company. Therefore, repairs in the past had been mostly piecemeal and short-lived, with increasingly frequent yucky back-ups in the downstairs shower. They also discovered incorrectly mounted toilets and a broken pipe, leakage, and mold on the insulation from the upstairs tub. I wasn't happy to get the bad news, but I was glad to finally get to the bottom of all the problems I had been having for years. Yes, I am having to spend a chunk of money, but I don't have a sense that it is an unfair amount because of all the work they did. They were hard-working, friendly, professional, and dedicated to the task at hand, which they worked on tirelessly for two days straight. I was very impressed with their attitude and demeanor, and though I know next to nothing about the kind of work they were doing, they were never condescending or dismissive, but tried to explain everything to me as clearly as possible, before, during, and after the project. They made every effort to keep the work site as clean as they could, and thoroughly cleaned up after the project was finished. Obviously, the company has a very fine training program and holds excellent ongoing customer relations as an important aspect of its business practice. I will not mention anyone's name individually for fear of accidentally leaving someone out, but everyone who worked at my house over the last few days is top in my book. You know who you are!
