Moreover, when they were delayed by various complications on the project, they stayed well into the evening, leaving at 9PM only after completing the job.

Thanks for doing a great job Rescue Rooter! I talked to Joe in Las Vegas at 2:30 in the morning when our tub broke. He was able to help me shut off the water just before the water overflowed and the handle burst off, saving us $125 in an emergency drive to the house (not to mention the fix of the tub, but also the flooding repairs that would happen to the house). He also kept things calm while I was stressed out. He gave very detailed, yet clear information. Then Lane (from Phoenix) came to do the repair and did all the running around trying to find the correct piece for us. All this great help with the stress of moving really lightened our spirits. Everyone was a great help!

The service technician, Justin (San Diego office), exceeded my expectations in every way. He was professional, polite and seemed to show a genuine concern for my plumbing issue. I have never had a plumber been so clean and thorough with their work. Justin quietly fixed the problem allowing me to work from home basically undisturbed. When the work was complete, the bathroom was left clean with everything in it's place.

American Home Shield sent ARS/Rescue Rooter out on APRIL 18, 2009, and in less then one hour your technician (Kenneth) had not only discovered the problem, but he contacted the manufacture and received a replacement number for a new water heater...Kenneth is a very good person and he did ever thing he could to help me get my problem solved.

I just wanted to say a grateful thank you for your wonderful service techs who handled our Toilet problem on December 4, 2009. My call was answered promptly and the tech showed up on time. when he found a problem bigger than he could handle a supervisor was called and he showed up promptly - discussed what needed to be done and he called the specialist (D Moody) was called in. This man was a life saver - he arrived in a timely manner, looked the problem over and decided he could fix the toilet problem with out cutting a hole in the floor, digging out the concrete and then replacing the piping and concrete and had my bathroom up and working within several hours instead of 6 or 7 hours and at half the cost anticipated if the floor had to be cut. D. Moody is an older man who has a vast amount of experience with plumbing problems and is not afraid to try something. Your guys are great - keep up the good work and I will keep your number handy for ever.

I would like to convey to American Residential Services (ARS) my appreciation of Mr. James. I recently had some work performed by ARS that was difficult to diagnose and frustrating to repair. I explained my concerns to James in a telephone conversation, in which he offered to come to my residence to observe the work in progress. James, accompanied by an ARS Technician arrived at my house within an hour. James introduced himself, outlined the problems and assured me that the job would be completed -- and finished correctly! While I was very impressed with James' knowledge of various plumbing problems, I was more impressed with his strong interpersonal skills. James expresses himself very well and his desire to make 'things right' for the customer are refreshing in today's commercial world. In my opinion, ARS is fortunate to have the talents of James.

She has had a leaky tub faucet for years and your man came out (within 2 hours), looked at it, adjusted the spring inside and it was fixed. He didn't charge her and wouldn't take a tip.
